Employee salary will increase annually based on their evaluation by grading from A - F. The evaluation is made by self, colleagues and CEO. Each grade corresponds to a specific percentage of salary increment from 0 - 10 percent, with higher grades receiving higher increments.
2. Variable Bonus
The company appreciates the employees’ hard work and dedication to perform excellent work. So, they offer bonuses 5 times in a year, including 4 times from quarterly sales and 1 time from annual sales, if the sales in each quarter and the year reach the goal. The bonus can be 50%, 100%, 200% or more.
3. Flexible Working Hour
Their working hours are flexible. The employees can manage their time and work to meet deadlines by themselves. Plus, they don’t have to force themselves to sit and work in front of the screen all the time. 4. Wednesday WFH
